22. Kentucky Wildcats (28-26)
Kentucky 's pitching staff has a plethora of hurlers with game dominating ability. Starters Alex Meyer (1-4, 5.73) and James Paxton (5-3, 5.86) combined to strike out 195 batters in 138 innings last season. Paxton was a supplemental first round draft choice last season, but returned to school and could move into the upper first round. Meyer also has first round ability. At the plate Kentucky returns the lion's share of its offense, with Chris Bisson (.360, 2, 52), Chad Wright (.343, 4, 23) and Marcus Nidiffer (.312, 10, 32) proving the punch for a team that should compete for a conference title.
