 Originally
a labor of love and small clandestine operation in a basement
just a stone’s throw from Rosenblatt Stadium in Omaha,
Nebraska, Ping!Baseball has grown to become a robust group
whose dynamic membership celebrates the athletes, excitement
and emotion of the game (Click here
from video of our last meeting).
2007 was our
“redshirt” season and we expect bigger and better
things in seasons to come. Our first off-season goal is to
incorporate more division II and III information to the site.
We've already started incorporating the DII & DIII stats
into the players' section and added a DII Spotlight and top
thirty rankings poll; however that will be just the tip of
the iceberg as we also plan to add a number of other Ping!
exclusive features in the coming months as well.
Ping!Baseball's goal is to appeal to not
just hardcore fans, but to casual and new fans as well, providing
profiles and news in an informative, yet simple and entertaining
manner. Consequently, if you have any suggestions or comments
on what you believe could be beneficial, we’d love to
