Phase 1 of preparing for 2010 is nearly complete.  We have three more days of fall team practice.  Our fall focus of both team and individual defense has been successful.  We can see daily improvement and confidence in our players.

This past summer we purchased a new ATEC Hummer pitching machine that is tremendous for team defense.  It is full 360 degree swivel and 120 degree pivot, allowing every type of action to be played on the field.

Phase 2 of skilled instruction, lifting, and conditioning will start next week.

Our 2010 recruiting is off to a great start with nine verbals right now for the November 11 signing date.  The recruiting challenge is to replace 13 seniors who have built the foundation of excellence in both baseball talent and academic success.
